腹減りゲージを消費しながら高速登りできるように更新
・ハーピー部屋の撃破ノルマを調整（少なくなるように）
・寄生虫除去施術所を追加。(SAVE箇所も追加)

寄生虫除去施術所を追加しました。
秘密のチケットを持っていたら施術ゲームに移るようにする予定。
■ふたなり寄生虫除去施術：
怪しいオーク医者にチケットを渡して奥の施術所に通される狼ちゃん。
施術所は四肢を拘束する拘束台や、様々な施術器具が・・
拘束台に仰向けに寝て、恐る恐る四肢を左右に開く狼ちゃん。
オークは慣れた手つきで狼ちゃんの四肢を複数の革ベルトで縛っていく・・
太腿の根本や肩を拘束台にギチギチに縛られ、身動きができない
拘束台は身体の中心が盛り上がるようになっており、身体をキツくそらした体勢となり、
